Hambo Takes on the Gangster Pigs
Hambo 2 sends the armed pig hero into another puzzle shooting adventure. This time the action moves to a city filled with gangster pigs. Hambo needs to fight through their hideouts and work his way toward Pig Capone.
The game keeps the basic aiming system from Hambo while adding new ideas to the levels. Each stage presents a group of enemies in different positions. Some stand in the open. Others have protection from walls and objects.
Hambo has several weapons available during the adventure. The goal is to use them in smart ways and remove every dangerous pig from the stage without harming Hambo.
The story leads toward Pig Capone’s stronghold. Hambo eventually plans to deliver an explosive pineapple to the gangster boss. The silly story fits the cartoon style of the series while the actual puzzles still require careful shots.
Choose the Right Weapon
Players use the mouse to aim. Holding the mouse button builds the power of a shot. Releasing it fires the selected weapon.
Weapon icons appear at the bottom of the screen. Clicking an icon lets you swap equipment when several choices are available.
This matters because one weapon may solve a situation better than another. A direct shot may work against an exposed enemy. A protected target may need a completely different approach.
The game also introduces wormholes. These change how attacks can travel through a level. A weapon can enter one point and appear somewhere else. Players need to understand where the shot will emerge before firing.
Wormholes turn some stages into route-planning puzzles. The target may appear impossible to reach until you follow the path created by the portals.
Think Before Using Your Ammo
Hambo 2 rewards accurate aiming and good weapon choices. Shooting without a plan can make a stage harder than it needs to be.
Levels often encourage players to inspect every object before firing. Walls, enemy positions and wormholes can all affect the solution. Sometimes the shortest-looking route does not provide the best shot.
The game contains 36 levels, giving Hambo plenty of gangster pigs to face on his way through the city. Later stages mix several ideas together and ask for better control of angle and power.
Hambo 2 keeps the funny pig theme from the first game while giving its puzzles a different setting and new tricks. The simple mouse controls make it easy to start. The harder part comes from understanding each stage and making every weapon count.
