All That Matters – Bring Walter’s Family Back Together
All That Matters is a puzzle platform game about Walter and his family. Walter feels that the people closest to him have grown apart, and the game turns that story into a series of puzzles where family members need to work together. Each person has a different ability, so one character rarely solves an entire level alone.
The main goal is to get everyone safely to the exit.
You can move with the arrow keys or W, A, S, and D. The number keys or Tab let you switch between family members. Space activates certain objects such as elevators.
One Family Member Cannot Do Everything
Up to five family members can appear in a puzzle.
They do not all move in the same way. Their different abilities affect jumping, movement, gravity, and how they react to each other.
That changes the way you look at every obstacle.
A gap may seem impossible for one person but easy for another. A platform may need one family member to reach a switch before the rest can continue. One character can sometimes create the opportunity another person needs.
The important part is understanding the order.
Moving the correct character too early can leave someone else trapped. Sometimes you need to bring one person into position, switch to another, activate something, and then return to the first.
Think About the Whole Group
The puzzles use platforms, switches, elevators, hazards, and physics-based objects.
Reaching the exit with only one person does not solve the problem. The family needs to work as a group.
This gives All That Matters a different feel from a normal platform game. Good jumping helps, but planning matters more.
The story also connects directly with the gameplay. Walter wants his family together again, and every level asks you to bring those characters toward the same destination.
Later puzzles become harder because more abilities need to work together. You may need to switch characters several times before one small part of the route becomes safe.
There is no upgrade shop that makes Walter stronger. Progress comes from learning how the family members work and using those abilities in smarter ways.
All That Matters combines a simple emotional story with clever puzzle design. Move each person carefully, use their strengths, solve the obstacles in the right order, and make sure nobody gets left behind on the way to the exit.
