Zombie Trapper mixes shooting with traps and defensive planning. You play as a police officer who needs to hold back waves of zombies. A gun helps, but the game makes one point clear from the beginning: shooting alone will not always be enough.

Zombies keep coming through their entry points and move across the area toward the place you need to defend. You can fight them directly while also preparing traps along the routes they use.

This makes Zombie Trapper different from a basic shooting game where the only answer is firing faster.

Build a Deadly Route for the Zombies

Several types of traps become available as you play.

You can place them where zombies are likely to walk and then let the traps weaken or stop the creatures before they reach you. Fences provide another useful defense. They can block or seal routes and give you more time to handle an incoming group.

Good placement matters.

Putting every trap in one small area may destroy the first few zombies but leave the rest of the route unprotected. Spreading defenses across useful positions gives you more chances to slow down the whole wave.

The character can still move around and shoot while the traps do their work.

Earn Money and Improve Your Gear

Clearing stages rewards you with money that can go toward new weapons and stronger defenses.

Better guns become important when tougher zombies begin appearing. New traps give you more ways to control the battlefield instead of depending on one defensive idea.

Bosses also appear during the game. These larger enemies take more work to stop and test whether your equipment and trap layout can handle something stronger than a normal zombie.

The controls let you move with the arrow keys. Z or J fires your weapon. X or Q switches guns. Number keys place traps and fences.

Zombie Trapper becomes much easier when you use every part of the system together. Shoot enemies that break through, place traps where large groups will cross, build fences to slow their progress, and spend your earnings on equipment that prepares you for the next attack.
