I Was Hungry But There Were Cannons is a game where you’re really hungry and trying to eat hamburgers, but your path is full of danger. You jump, run, duck, and collect burgers while dodging cannons and traps.

You use arrow keys to move around and press a button to eat (“nom”). You need to collect enough burgers in each level to move on. But be careful — cannons may shoot you or block your way.

You can also race against a “ghost” version of yourself or a friend’s run. The game looks in old-style pixel art. It’s not easy, but it’s fun if you like tricky platform challenges.
