Break Every Block

Wonder Ball 2 is a Flash brick-breaking game released around 2008. It follows the familiar Arkanoid-style setup. A group of blocks appears above the play area while a paddle stays near the bottom. The player moves the paddle and uses it to keep a bouncing ball on the screen. Each hit sends the ball back toward the blocks.

The main goal is to remove all the breakable blocks. The ball changes direction whenever it touches the paddle, a wall, or a block. Some shots clear several blocks in quick order. Other angles send the ball into a narrow space where it can bounce many times before returning.

Keep the Ball in Play

The paddle acts as the player’s only protection near the bottom of the screen. Move it under the falling ball before the ball leaves the play area. Missing the return costs a life or ends the attempt, depending on the remaining chances.

Watching only the blocks can lead to an easy mistake. Keep track of the ball after every bounce. Its speed and direction can change after striking the edge of a block.

Control the Return Angle

The part of the paddle that touches the ball affects where it travels next. A hit near the centre gives a more direct return. Catching the ball near one side can send it at a sharper angle.

Angled shots help reach blocks hidden behind other pieces. They also let the ball travel along the side walls. A rushed paddle movement may send it toward an empty area or make the next return harder.

Clear Each New Formation

Wonder Ball 2 presents new block arrangements as the player moves forward. Each formation needs a slightly different approach. Wide rows reward steady returns, while small groups may require accurate angles.

The rules stay easy to understand, yet the game demands close attention. Move the paddle, protect the ball, find useful angles, and keep playing until every block disappears.
