Clear Every Dot from the Maze
Pac-Man Classic is a maze game where you guide Pac-Man through narrow paths filled with small dots. The goal is to eat every dot without touching one of the four ghosts. Clearing the maze opens the next stage and brings a fresh set of dots to collect.
Use the arrow keys to change direction. Pac-Man keeps moving, so choose the next turn before reaching a corner. A late key press may send him down a dangerous path.
Stay Away from the Four Ghosts
Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde move through the same maze. Each ghost creates a different type of danger. One may follow close behind, while another tries to move toward the path ahead. A safe corridor can become blocked within a few seconds.
Watch more than the space directly beside Pac-Man. Check nearby crossings before entering a long passage. Avoid moving into a corner when a ghost follows from behind. The tunnels on the left and right sides of the maze can provide a useful escape route.
Turn the Chase Around
Four large power pellets sit near the corners. Eating one causes the ghosts to turn blue for a short time. Pac-Man can then chase and eat them for bonus points. The effect does not last long. Blue ghosts begin flashing before they become dangerous again.
Do not always eat a power pellet as soon as you reach it. Saving one can help during a difficult chase. It can also create a chance to catch several ghosts together.
Collect Fruit and Protect Your Lives
Bonus fruit appears near the centre after Pac-Man eats enough dots. Reaching it adds extra points, but taking a dangerous route for one fruit may cost a life.
Pac-Man Classic becomes harder as the levels continue. The ghosts move with greater pressure, and the power pellets protect Pac-Man for less time. Strong play needs more than quick movement. Clear safe sections first, keep an escape path open, and save the corner pellets for moments when the ghosts close in.
