Help Donald Duck Clear the Wild West Town
Target Trail is a shooting-gallery game featuring Donald Duck. Donald has been thrown into another time after his timewatch breaks, and one of his adventures takes him into a Wild West setting. To continue his journey, you need to help him deal with the bad guys who appear around town.
Donald uses a cork-shooter rather than a normal weapon. Your goal is to aim at the bad characters and hit enough targets to earn the score needed for each stage.
Aim Only at the Bad Guys
A red target helps you aim. Move it over an enemy and fire when you have a clear shot.
The important rule is that not everyone appearing on the screen is an enemy. Friendly characters can pop up too. Hitting one of them costs you valuable time.
This makes Target Trail more than a game of clicking everything that moves. You need to recognize the correct targets before firing.
Collect Extra Time and Bonus Points
Bouncing clocks can appear during the game. Shooting or collecting them gives you extra time, which can be especially helpful near the end of a level.
Bonus items can also increase your score. You need at least 1,000 points to finish each level, and the game contains three stages to clear.
Stay Focused as Targets Appear
Target Trail tests both aiming and attention. A bad guy may appear for only a short moment, while a friendly character can suddenly show up close by.
Fast shooting helps only when your aim is correct. Watch each target, avoid the innocent characters, grab useful clocks, and keep adding points.
Target Trail gives Donald Duck a simple cowboy-style shooting adventure where careful aim matters more than firing as quickly as possible.
