Have Fun Playing Mario Glider
Mario Glider is a simple and exciting feature you use in kart racing. When your kart drives over a special ramp, a wing-like glider pops open above you. That glider lets your kart float through the air for a while instead of rolling on the ground.
While you’re floating, you can steer left and right or dive downward to land faster. You can also slow your descent a bit by pressing up on your controls. If you bump into an item or land on the ground, the glider closes and you go back to driving on the track.
Gliding first showed up in one of the Mario Kart installments. It came back in later versions too. Players can pick different glider designs for their vehicles, though most just affect appearance. The glider itself helps you catch air and cross gaps before your wheels touch the track again.
