You drive to one of those spots, and a message box tells you what to do. It might ask you to catch a running car or reach a place before time runs out. The game then tracks that job until you finish it. When you complete a task, you earn game money and feel the city slowly getting safer. If you do not like one job, you close the message and look for another blue spot.
