Easy Cruise is a ship-driving game that puts you in charge of a large cruise vessel. Your job is not to race across the sea. You need to guide the ship into the marked docking area without hitting the harbor walls or other objects. The trip takes you through Caribbean ports such as Barbados, St. Vincent, Martinique, Grenada, St. Lucia, and the Grenadines.
The ship feels much heavier than a small boat. It takes time to turn and stop. This makes every move important when you get close to the dock.
Steering and Docking
You use the arrow keys to steer Easy Cruise. The A and S keys control the bow thrusters. These thrusters push the front of the ship sideways. They become useful when you need to make a small correction near the docking area.
You need to move the whole ship into the highlighted docking space. Getting close does not always work. The vessel needs to sit in the correct position.
Wind adds another challenge. It can slowly push the cruise ship away from the direction you want to travel. Later levels also have busier ports and stronger wind.
Watch the Clock and Avoid Crashes
Easy Cruise gives you limited time to finish each docking job. You also need to protect the ship. Five collisions or running out of time ends the current level and makes you try again. The game gives you three lives for completing the journey.
Going at full speed all the time usually makes docking harder. Slowing down near the harbor gives you more room to correct your position. The bow thrusters can then help with the final approach.
Easy Cruise turns a simple parking idea into a much larger challenge. Instead of squeezing a car into a parking space, you handle a cruise ship while dealing with wind, limited room, and a ticking clock.
