In Doomrunner FX, you fly a spaceship and try to shoot enemy ships while dodging their shots. You also pick up helpful power-ups to make your ship better.

You move around the screen with keys or maybe the mouse, shoot lasers, and sometimes drop bombs for big effects. Enemies come in waves. Some fire back. You must be fast and careful so you don’t get hit.

The art is colorful and has classic space shooter style. You see flashing lasers, explosion effects, and upgrades that sparkle. As you last longer, the game gets harder because more enemies come or they move and shoot faster. It feels exciting to improve and survive wave after wave.
