Have fun playing Maxi Yatzy
In Maxi Yatzy, you get six dice instead of five and a score sheet with twenty spots to fill. You roll the dice and try to make matches—like pairs, straights, or all six the same. You get three chances each turn. When you like what you rolled, you stop and write down the points in a spot that’s still open.
This version adds new combinations. You can go for three pairs, or five of a kind, or a “full straight” with 1‑2‑3‑4‑5‑6. There are bonuses like “villa” (two triplets), “tower” (four of a kind plus a pair), and the big goal—All Six the Same, called “Maxi Yatzy,” which gives you 100 points.
Here’s a neat trick: if you finish rolling early—like after the first or second roll—you can save those unused rolls to use later. That gives you bonus chances on future turns. Plus, if you get a good upper score early, you can win a big bonus—usually if your ones-through-sixes add up high enough, you earn extra points at the top of the sheet.
